About Me
At a young age, I sort of unintentionally became the designated photographer for family trips. Something about photography always drew me in, so it was only natural that I ended up with our family's small point and shoot camera in my hands more often than my mom did. Although I am all about savoring the moment and just sitting in God's presence, having the opportunity to relive memories and share them with those you love most is incredibly special. Photography gives us the chance to connect, further appreciate the beauty around us, and capture unique instances in time. It has been a way for me to reflect on past adventures and remember the amazing opportunities the Lord puts before us.Wildlife photography immediately became my focus. My brother and I have been enamored with animals and the outdoors for as long as I can remember, and wildlife photography gives me a reason to pursue personal experiences with both. While I grew up in northern California, I now live in northern Idaho. Even in California, my brother and I sought whatever outdoor adventures we could. When we moved to Idaho, those opportunities became even bigger and better. My brother and I love adventuring into the woods together in pursuit of wonderful memories and encounters with God's beautiful and perfect creation. As for my photography, I do little to no editing, and whatever editing I do is simply done in the iPhone photos app. I believe photos should truly encapsulate the moment they are taken in. My images featured on this website have been taken throughout multiple adventures both in solitude and accompanied by friends and family. In addition, one was featured in the Summer 2024 edition of Sandpoint Magazine.
